  • Interaction timestamps

SiteLead AI does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

Information is used solely to:

  • respond to user inquiries
  • deliver requested information
  • route leads to the client
  • improve AI performance for that specific client

3. Data Ownership & Processing

  • All lead data belongs to the client.
  • SiteLead AI processes data only on behalf of the client.
  • Data is not sold, shared, or reused for unrelated purposes.

4. Consent

SiteLead AI includes consent-based prompts within the AI assistant. Users voluntarily provide contact information after being informed how it will be used.

5. Data Storage

Lead data may be temporarily stored in:

  • secure databases
  • Google Sheets (client-owned)
  • connected CRM systems selected by the client

6. Third-Party Services

SiteLead AI may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CRMs, automation tools) as directed by the client. SiteLead AI is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

7. Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. User Rights

Users may request to:

  • access their data
  • correct their data
  • request deletion

Requests should be directed to the business that owns the website.
