SiteLead AI provides an AI-powered website assistant designed to help businesses respond to website inquiries and capture lead information with user consent. SiteLead AI is a software tool, not a managed sales service, and does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, or conversion rates.

2. No Guarantees

SiteLead AI makes no guarantees regarding:

  • number of leads
  • quality of leads
  • conversion rates
  • revenue, sales, or business growth

All results depend on factors outside SiteLead AI’s control, including the client’s offer, website, follow-up process, and market conditions.

3. No Regulated Advice

SiteLead AI provides informational assistance only. The service does not provide:

  • medical advice
  • legal advice
  • financial or investment advice
  • tax advice

Clients agree not to use SiteLead AI for regulated industries requiring licensed advice unless explicitly approved in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for:

  • reviewing and responding to captured leads
  • CRM configuration and usage
  • sales follow-up and communication
  • compliance with applicable laws related to marketing and communications

SiteLead AI does not contact leads on the client’s behalf unless explicitly configured and approved.

5. Data Ownership

  • Clients own all lead data collected through SiteLead AI.
  • SiteLead AI acts only as a data processor, handling data on the client’s behalf.
  • SiteLead AI does not sell or reuse client lead data.

6. Acceptable Use

Clients agree not to use SiteLead AI to:

  • collect sensitive personal information
  • mislead users
  • violate privacy laws
  • impersonate humans without disclosure
  • remove or alter required consent language

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law know that SiteLead AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed opportunities.

8. Changes

SiteLead AI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
